Facebook | Erik Brauer

To followup with Kelly's post, Candy's husband Erik, has this to say on his Facebook page:

God given trouble shooting talent. Somewhat of a hermit.

Was a typical Roman Catholic traveling the wide road towards destruction/hell like most other people in this world, as warned against by Jesus Christ:
Matthew 7:13-14
"Enter ye in at the strait gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat: Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it."
Then I got saved by the only one who can save anybody, Jesus Christ - God.
I now give thanks to God for giving me the choice to believe on Him, be washed of every sin, showing me the narrow path by His word the KJV Bible, and have the security of knowing that I am heaven bound.

Incidentally, Candy has a page as well and is using her last name quite prominently. I don't think it's such a big deal any more if we use it here.

I love how he describes his children:

"Raising them up to be respectful of others, people who you would like as a neighbor."

If they want them to be respectful of others, they must not let them see their mother's website.

I was listening to Father Mitch Pacwa address a caller on the radio who was CLEARLY Very anti-Catholic and perhaps even a little anti-cleric! And I admired how Father let him have his say and then calmly and respectfully addressed each of his points masterfully!

That is a skill that comes from much practice but also from seeing it done and done well. The offspring of E&C will never see that because their parents delete, squash, and remove questions, complaints, anything that they perceive to be negative and then they simply ignore it. I wonder how that prepares young Christian minds to face the world?

Well, with his poor punctuation, I believe he is saying that he teaches his children to be respectful only of people that they would like as neighbors. ;)
